The 4-H Cub at DCHS promotes youth through leadership and community projects.

The 4-H Cub participates in the District Project Achievement in which students are given the opportunity to create posters and have active dealings with cooking ability, animals, speeches, and music. This event is held at Rock Eagle, Jekyll Island, and other places. In the summer students get to attend the annual summer camp for one week. They also get to attend the State Council that is held in Atlanta where they elect state officers each year.
