Applications are now available for the 2025 Dodge County High School Homecoming Parade.
The parade will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 19, and will follow the parade’s regular route through Eastman.
This year’s Homecoming theme is “A Night Under the Sea,” and participants are encouraged to decorate their trailers and floats with all things beach and ocean.
“We are always so thankful for the outpouring of participation and support for the Homecoming Parade,” said Amy Mullis, parade director, “and we are excited to see our local civic organizations, schools, businesses, and honorees support our Indians and Homecoming Court again this year.”
Clubs, churches, civic organizations, sports teams, and any other groups interested in participating in this year’s parade can pick up an application from the DCHS front office or download it from the school’s Facebook page or Web site at dhs.dodge.k12.ga.us
Mullis noted that all Homecoming festivities are significantly earlier this year than years past and encouraged everyone to have their registrations submitted as quickly as possible. The last day to register to participate in the parade will be Monday, September 15.
